FRANK CUNHA III, AIA
PRINCIPAL
Frank, the founder of the firm, has over 27 years experience practicing architecture.  He has worked on hundreds of projects consisting of different  types, sizes and styles.  Frank is responsible for projects in multiple states and is currently licensed in CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA.  His focus is on commercial projects: Community-Focused Public Projects (Community Centers), Religious Facilities, Pharmaceutical (Light Industrial), Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family Residential. Frank is the principal designer in charge and handles the business development of the firm.

MARIEN RIOS
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Marien has over 20+ years experience and leads the Miami studio.   In additional to preparing construction documents she is well versed with the complex permitting process in various jurisdictions and plays a key role as a project manager in charge of design and construction projects. She is also a vital member of the business development team and oversees client relationships. Her focus is on commercial projects: Custom Homes, Community-Focused Public Projects (Community Centers), Religious Facilities, Commercial, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family Residential. She also assists with all QC/QA review for the firm.

PARESH PATEL
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Paresh joined our team in 2024 after completing his architectural studies at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles after having studied at SAL School of Architecture in Ahmedabad, India.  He is proficient in various architectural software and is helping the studio put together design presentations as well as assisting with various aspects of construction documents. Paresh is the senior architectural designer in charge of production.

KANISHKA TYAGI
JUNIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / INTERN

Kanishka is a final-year B.Arch student at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), currently honing her skills as an intern at FC3. In this hands-on role, she actively contributes to the creation of construction documents and explores the visual side of architecture through 3D modeling. This experience is providing her with a well-rounded foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of architectural practice, while also preparing her for the transition from academic to professional life.

CHLOE ALLISON LEMOS
JUNIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / INTERN

Chloe is entering her fourth year at Syracuse University, working towards completing her architectural degree. She is in the process of learning how to prepare design documents and three-dimensional renderings. She is currently assisting the firm with preparation of construction documents.
