MARIEN RIOS
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Marien has over 20 years experience and leads the Miami studio. In additional to preparing construction documents she is well versed with the complex permitting process in various jurisdictions and plays a key role as a project manager in charge of design and construction projects. She is also a vital member of the business development team and oversees client relationships.
PARESH PATEL
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Paresh joined our team in 2024 after completing his architectural studies at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles after having studied at SAL School of Architecture in Ahmedabad, India. He is proficient in various architectural software and is helping the studio put together design presentations as well as assisting with various aspects of construction documents.
