Acting as the Executive Project Manager for this project, fc3architecture+design coordinated with the city officials as well as the local preservation office to coordinate the investigation of the existing facade.  Structural Group, Inc. investigated the existing conditions in accordance with  the requirements of the local officials while following the proper safety protocols.  The existing documentation was prepared and delivered by Structural Group, Inc.
